He is Going to Congress to Fight for Regulations on them. He knows how detrimental that they can be.  Matt has a National Ordinance Plan that will make Data Centers have Regulations that make them Use Less Water from Ground Aquafiers, Pay their Own Energy Upgrades, Limit AI's ability to pirate Information and sell it to the Highest Bidder so people are spammed. Matt wants Data Centers to pay all Property Taxes in the the Counties they are built in and pay annual dividends to local citizens.
